Beer transportation by truck

Since the 90’s Semace has supplied the brewing industry specific equipment to transport and supply bulk beer to sales points of high consumption that have cellar tanks in their facilities.

Currently we manufacture mobile units with beer cargos up to 20000 l divided in different volume bulk liner tanks according to the customer’s preferences. In addition, the equipment has the necessary assistant elements for the optimal development of its mission.

Our tanks are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and are located within an insulated motor vehicle body of sandwich panel, cooled by an autonomous and independent equipment running by diesel or electric motor.

The control panel, to which can be adapted the PLC upon customer preference, includes: touch screen to command the tank maneuvers, certified and digital electromagnetic flowmeter, information gathering via USB port, wired to the factory and / or another vehicle via data cable and the possibility of adding a printer data.

Within the world of microbrewing, Semace has the necessary knowledge to provide turnkey configuration that best suits the customer needs.
With the help of our partners, we can provide facilities from brewpubs to medium sized factories with a capacity for up to 50hl cooking and thus obtaining a higher-than 40.000Hl annual returns.

We also have the possibility to supply boilers with different finishes (stainless steel or copper), made in Spain or imported, with several filtration systems for brewer’s spent grain (mash filter or filter-press), several configurations (2, 3 or 4 containers) and different methods of fermentation and storage tanks in order to achieve the optimum installation for each customer.

From the point of both electrical and automation view, we can supply semi-automatic or fully automated assembly plants where monitoring process is developed from a control room. It is also possible to adapt the configuration of the electrical, pneumatic and mechanical to customer preferences (Siemens, Omron, Schneider, ABB, Festo, SMC, MFIs, E + H, etc.).
